Hands-on, hands in abdominal and pelvic care to celebrate your body
Sessions unfold with deep listening, clear communication, and respect for your body’s pace.
Intentional external and internal care supports reconnection, safety, and vitality.
How Sessions Unfold
Eliza works at the pace of your tissues, moving layer by layer from the superficial fascia toward deeper muscular and visceral structures as safety and readiness develop. Her approach integrates fascial techniques inspired by Rolfing, scar tissue remediation, traditional Mexican abdominal therapy (Sobadas), and specialized pelvic care.
Internal vulva and vaginal bodywork is not included in initial sessions and is introduced only once a therapeutic foundation has been established. This work is always optional and guided by each woman’s intentions, boundaries, and level of readiness.
Frequently asked questions
-
Unfortunately, no. This work is designed to restore mobility and reposition the abdominal and pelvic organs, which may increase the risk of IUD displacement or perforation.
-
This is very individual, and is informed by what you are experiencing and how long it has been present. The magic of this work is that it unfolds in layers, slowly working to the depth of inflammation/adhesion/congestion held in the body.
As few as 3 sessions can be very beneficial, and I usually recommend 6-10 sessions to establish deeper, more sustained change.
-
The work can feel intense in moments, either bringing up strong physical or emotional sensation. I think of this as pain or discomfort that has already been living in the body, and needs to be felt in order to be released. We never work beyond pain that cannot be breathed through with ease.
-
You are welcome to be completely nude as I work with a sheet covering. If that is not comfortable for you, you are welcome to wear undies and/or a bralette that is non-restrictive.
-
On the day of your session, please arrive with clean skin, free of oils, perfumes, and moisturizers. The first layer of the work will not be effective if you have moisturizer on, especially on the chest, belly, and pelvis/hips.
I sometimes work with the face and neck, and for this reason ask you to not wear heavy makeup or excessive moisturizer on your face as well.
Because this work requires your full presence, it is required that you are not under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, psychedelics, or stimulants.
-
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for parking and settling in, so we can begin on time and use the full session.

I offer vulva and vaginal work as part of Womb Continuum. The tissues of the vulva and vagina can also develop adhesions which restrict blood flow and contribute to dysfunction including pelvic and vaginal numbness and pain. External and internal genital work can also be a gentle way to work through layers of shame and trauma, restoring one’s natural sexual essence and innocence. Internal/external genital work is only offered after several foundational sessions together. You are welcome to ask questions about this at any time.
