Session Policies

This work is intimate, embodied, and held with care. These policies exist to support clarity, mutual respect, and a container that honors both of us.

Scheduling & Commitment

When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I prepare for our work together in advance, and I hold the session as dedicated space.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee applies.

I encourage you to arrive with enough time to settle so we can use the session fully.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Scope of Practice

The work I offer is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or replace the care of licensed medical providers.

You are responsible for consulting appropriate healthcare professionals as needed and for making choices that support your own health and well-being.

Client Responsibility

This work is collaborative. You are invited to listen to your body, communicate your needs and boundaries, and take responsibility for your own experience.

You are always welcome to ask questions, pause, or change course during a session.

A Note on Care

This work unfolds best when there is mutual respect, honesty, and clear communication. These policies are here to support a grounded, respectful container so the work itself can be as nourishing and effective as possible.

Thank you.
