Womb Continuum Care is hands-on abdominal and pelvic work that supports the alignment, mobility, and health of the organs of the belly and pelvis. This work weaves together traditional Mexican midwifery abdominal work (sobadas), structural and fascial techniques, and scar-tissue remediation.

Choosing to receive Womb Continuum sessions is a commitment to tending your health at the root, and to listening more deeply to your body’s intelligence and capacity for change.

While meaningful shifts can occur in a single session, this work unfolds over time. The body needs space and repetition to integrate change and sustain it.

For many women, a series of 3 sessions is a supportive place to begin. This allows the body to start responding to the work — with noticeable changes in tissue tone, breathing capacity, organ mobility, and overall ease in the belly and pelvis.

If you are experiencing long-standing abdominal or pelvic symptoms, chronic pain, digestive issues, menstrual irregularity, or post-surgical holding, a series of 6–10 sessions is often needed to establish lasting change. This allows the tissues to gradually soften, reorganize, and regain healthy movement and fluidity. From that place, most women feel clearer in their bodies and more confident about how they wish to continue.

Reproductive and pelvic health begins in the belly. When the abdominal organs are restricted by inflammation, tension, or adhesion, this directly affects the uterus, ovaries, bladder, rectum, breathing patterns, and pelvic diaphragm. This work addresses those relationships directly, gently, and over time.
