Eliza is intuitive, grounded, and dynamic in her work with women. Working with a refined sensitivity and 15 years of dedicated somatic and embodiment practice, she holds a unique capacity for attuning to the needs of the women she works with.

Eliza has been a teacher, artist, and somatic facilitator for many years and is honored to offer pelvic and abdominal manual therapy in service to women’s health, sovereignty, and vitality. Her work is informed by a background in professional dance and therapeutic mat and reformer Pilates, as well as studies in biodynamics and female anatomy.

Eliza’s refined attunement comes from her mentors, studies, and client practice in one-on-one somatic facilitation. She holds a presence-based practice informed by polyvagal theory, developmental trauma, and relational and bio field dynamics.

Eliza is currently studying under her teachers & mentors Carly Rae Beaudry and Andrea Torres in Ma School, the most comprehensive women’s manual therapy program.
